tnDAM provides a digital assistant service designed to help parents manage school information, schedules, reminders and family organisation via WhatsApp.

The service is:

• Subscription-based

• Provided digitally

• Accessible via WhatsApp messaging

tnDAM does not replace schools, medical professionals, legal advisors or safeguarding authorities.

3. Eligibility

​

You must:

​

• Be 18 years or older

• Be a parent or legal guardian

• Provide accurate information

​

By subscribing, you confirm you have authority to share your child’s information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

​

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

​

We do not store full card details.

​

Prices may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Free Trials (If Applicable)

​

If a free trial is offered:

​

• It converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

• You may cancel at any time before billing

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

​

• Stops future billing

• Does not refund previous payments unless required by law

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription period has started.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

• tnDAM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the service

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

All branding, content and software relating to tnDAM remain the property of tnDAM Limited.
